This place is amazing. I've been here twice now and I'll be back again. Stunning atmosphere, with the chefs and the pass within arms reach. Watch your dinner being cooked and plated right there in front of you. It's a short and very well designed menu, fresh and local premium produce cooked splendidly. Great friendly table service adds to this amazing dining experience. These guys even bake their own bread and its incredible. Keep up the amazing work!

I took my Father here for a leisurely Tuesday lunch after reading about the venue having undergone a revamp and new menu. We dined in the restaurant and honestly the whole body looked fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was exceptional. Perfect seasoning and flavours. We will definitely be dining at the venue again.

With an impressive array of dishes on offer, it was the Sunday roast special that truly stole the show. From the moment we stepped into The Brompton Hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and prompt service. The atmosphere was both comfortable and sophisticated, making us feel at ease as we prepared for our culinary adventure. The Sunday roast special was indeed special. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, while the accompanying vegetables were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - just as they should be. Each bite of the Yorkshire pudding was a fluffy cloud of deliciousness that complemented the roast perfectly. But what elevated our dining experience was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring our glasses were filled and our needs met. They were quick to answer any questions we had about the menu and offered their recommendations with genuine enthusiasm. But the true testament to their service was their attention to detail. They took the time to make us feel special, not just another table. This dedication to customer service is what sets The Brompton Hotel apart, and why we will undoubtedly be returning for more memorable Sunday lunches. Fabulous first class restaurant in a suburban Brompton pub. We definitely didn’t take enough photos to do the food justice but what a beautiful restaurant meal. Excellent service, extensive wine list and beautiful food. Highlights were the sirloin, kingfish sashimi,, and the flexibility to have the bar menu beef burger. Can’t wait to go again!

I haven't been to the Brompton Hotel for many years but after hearing that it had been revamped I was keen to return. The decor is fantastic and it has a very welcoming vibe. We had a cocktail in the bar before dinner which was great. The staff were fantastic as was the cocktail. The excellent service continued when we moved to the dining room and all through dinner. Demi(?) was primarily responsible for looking after us and was fantastic all through the meal from explaining that the air con was having issues but making sure we were comfortable and hydrated, to explaining the dishes and making sure that we were aware that last orders were needed. The food was all delicious! The chef also let us order a few dishes off the bar menu that had caught our eye. All of the staff were so friendly and our service was seamless. I can see this being a regular venue for us.
